Future-Proofing Me and My Home
In our 40s, 50’s and 60s we want to make sure we stay as fit and healthy as we can as we age. We might not currently need grab rails or a stair lift to navigate our home, but we can invest in our future selves, no matter where we are currently in our life journey. In our 70’s and 80’s and 90’s we can start the process of making our homes fit for purpose – that purpose? Keeping us out of the care home and in our own home for life!
Today is an opportunity to make positive changes in our lives that our future selves will appreciate.
What’s It All About?
There is a huge amout of information available regarding positive changes we can make now that can help to prevent things like dementia and frailty, and that will help us remain strong, healthy, and remove some of the worries we may have about our future. I want to make sure I am around to see my children and grandchildren grow up, and that I can continue to exercise, participate in sports, and stay active.
